These were my exact feelings in June of 2006, when Google did the biggest paid advertising shake-up in the history of the Internet. They made one of the most drastic changes to their paid search algorithm that affected the Quality Score (and the Cost-Per-Click) of almost every single Google Adwords advertiser.
This caused many advertisers to vanish completely, while others are still suffering from the changes. Advertisers were literally making $1000's' every month, and as soon as the changes were made their campaigns were basically turned off.

Our View: Google Cash is nothing less than a classic Adwords ebook. This book has been around for several years now and has been updated on a regular basis. Although the techniques are quite useful, the tend to be a bit outdated and the newer Google Adwords books are much more powerful than Google Cash. We recommend Google Cash if you are looking to diversify your Adwords knowledge, but you may not want to make it your first choice.

Our View: Do you need an Adwords Miracle? Well, if you do I would not recommend buying Adwords miracle. Although the content within the book is pretty good, the content is not as good as your top products. There is a lot of duplication of strategies within this book that are less detail, and very unoriginal that the higher ranked products.
